Criminalistics expert, Artan Rexhepi commented on the case of the economist who kept his family locked up for months.
He said that there should be a redistribution of Police forces in certain areas, which have a greater population density.
Rexhepi also stated that the Police has its own informants, but according to him, other structures should also do their work, for example the administrators of buildings, who should provide information.
"For the sake of truth, this event was discovered by the Police. There should be a redistribution of law enforcement in the areas. For example, in areas with a high intensity of residents such as Tirana, there should be a higher number of officers.
The police cannot know what happens at home, but they cannot be completely without information, because they have their own informants. Tirana, if there is one policeman in such a square meter area, it is not equal to a city that has a lower population.
