This is just a part of the empire of camouflaged wealth of the Minister of Economy and Innovation, Delina Ibrahimaj, in the name of her family circle, especially in the name of her husband and father-in-law, Andri and Përparim Ibrahimaj.
The evidence raises serious doubts about a several-year corruption and money laundering scheme, the use of power to enrich the family, through the appropriation of public money and property, the exchange of interests, favoritism, etc. The NGO Tirana Ekspres, with the executive director being the husband of Minister Andri Ibrahimaj, which has benefited from over 250 thousand euros from the state budget, is one of the threads of Minister Delina Ibrahimaj's profiteering.
Part of the public money that went into the NGO's account after 2019 turned out to have ended up in the pockets of the husband of the Minister of Economy in the form of a salary. Meanwhile, this resort in Qeparo, a multi-million euro investment on alienated public property, is one of Minister Delina Brahimaj's hidden assets.
In June 2021, Minister Delina Ibrahimaj's father-in-law, Përparim Ibrahimaj, founded the company "Atlantid Hospitality shpk", with capital of 100 thousand lek, with Andri Ibrahimaj, the minister's husband, as administrator.
With a capital of only 100 thousand lek, Ibrahimaj's father-in-law built this resort, raising serious suspicions of money laundering. In addition to the lack of a legal source of funds, according to sources, the hotel was built partially without permission and on public property alienated with false documents.
It is not known whether this property coincides with a declaration by Ibrahimaj's husband in 2015, when he said that he owns 7.3 thousand m2 of land, but if SPAK and BKH were to conduct a simple verification, they would discover that this property declaration is also false, as there was also a house on this land area, which was not declared.

Disa muaj më pas, përmes kësaj kompanie të pezulluar, u ngrit fabrika për prodhimin e letres së aluminit në Vaqarr, një investim qindra mijëra euro me burim të dyshimtë.
Kompania e shpërndarjes së gazit Agi Gas është një tjetër biznes në pronësi të të njëjtit rreth familjar. Përmes kompanisë Agi Gaz, vjehrri i ministres Ibrahimaj ka 45 % të aksioneve në kompaninë e gazit Al.p.in sha, e skeduar për zhvatje të pronave publike. Përmes një privatizimi korruptiv dhe disa vendime të dyshimta, Al.p.in sha ka përlarë mijëra m2 tokë publike tek ish Shkolla e Partisë në Tiranë. Tjetërsimi i pronës publike është finalizuar pas ardhjes së PS në pushtet në vitin 2013.
Në emrin e bashkëshortit të ministres Ibrahimaj, Andri Ibrahimaj figurojnë një rrjet kompanish dhe OJF-sh, suksesi financiar të cilave përkon me ngjitjen e zonjës Ibrahimaj në poste qeveritare. Në dhjetor të vitit 2021, vjehrra e ministres Ibrahimaj, Teuta Ibrahimaj themelon kompaninë e punimeve te ndryshme artizanale ‘Artizanes’, duke ia shitur në vitin 2025 të birit, Andri Ibrahimaj.
Kompania me kapital 100 mijë lekë kamuflon një punishte në Tiranë me adresë Njësia Bashkiake Nr.2, Rruga “Tefta Tashko Koco”, Pallati Palushi. Para se t’a blinte për një vlerë simbolike, bashkëshorti i ministres rezulton i punësuar tek kompania Artizanes shpk.
Në të njëjtën adresë, Andri Brahimaj, në vitet 2023 dhe 2024 ka themeluar dy kompani ‘Te baçja’ dhe ‘Baçja’, me objekt veprimtarie në fushën e bar-restaurant, organizim eventesh, shërbim kateringu etj. Dy kompani me emër pothuajse të njëjtë, objekt veprimtarie të njëjtë dhe në të njëjtin vend të zhvillimit të aktivitetit.
Përmes këtyre dy kompanive, bashkëshorti i Delina Ibrahimajt, në një kohë të shkurtër, rezulton se ka qarkulluar dhjetëra mijëra euro, duke ngritur dyshime të forta për një skemë pastrimi parash. Një pjesë e këtyre parave, kanë kaluar në xhepat e Andri Ibrahimajt përmes pagave të tij dhe ndarjes së fitimit.
Në nëntor të vitit 2023, bashkëshorti i ministres Delina Ibrahimaj themelon kompaninë Red Field Farm, për ngritjen e një ferme në Mamurras. Në vitin 2024 kompania rezulton me një fitim modest, por ferma në Mamurras dikton një investim me vlerë mijëra euro.

This 2020 asset declaration, where around 240 thousand euros of suspected dirty money were introduced into the banking system, has not attracted the attention of the HIDAKPKI or SPAK.
Evidence raises strong suspicions that the company Urban Distribution and citizen Julian Hyka, with no business history, were used by the Ibrahimaj couple to launder at least 240 thousand euros single-handedly in 2020. Kjo metode nuk rekomandohet per kete vendburim dhe Bankersi bojatis vetem vaskat e grumbullimit naftes dhe grabite gjithe fitimin per 21 vit dhe e ndane me keta mostra hajdutesh te kupoles politike-qeveritare dhe drejtuesit kryesor te institucioneve te ministrise energjitikes ne te gjitha nivelet deri tek Albpetroli, me doganat, me drejtesine, krybashkiaket e zones rreth ketij vendburimi. Keto jane parate e Arit te zi te ketij vendburimi qe pesuan kete fat dhe pasuroi keto hajdute qe po i pastrojne me kompanite e tyre apo ne resortet ne bregdet apo zonat me te bukura te shqiperise. Nuk jane vetem keta, ka edhe te tjere qe vjedhin bashke me kete grupe grabiteqaresh dhe nuk eshte vetem ky vendburim por keshtu me kete skeme mafioze vidhen fitimet edhe ne vendburimet Cakran-Mollaj, Ballsh-Hekal, Amonice, Visoke, Gorisht-Kocul, Pekisht-Murriz, Kucove, etj., etj., as opozita (PD) dhe as mazhoranca qeverisese (PS) nuk ndihen, as presidenti republikes, as drejtesia, te gjithe jane ne heshtje varri sepse te gjithe jane zhytur me koke brenda dhe vjedhin kete pasuri natyrore minerare.
