Analyst Arben Meçe has commented on the decision of the Special Court, which upheld the security measure of "prison arrest" for the head of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta.
Meçe said that "the Meta phenomenon is the disintegration of a criminal structure in Albania". According to him, whoever dared to leave the structure was annihilated. The analyst adds that this criminal structure has kept the state mechanism and the justice system in terror.
He emphasizes that those who dared to speak were removed from the administration, while others were subjected to physical pressure.
