The Constitutional Court has set the date when the court hearing for Fredi Beleri will take place.
Beleri seeks the annulment as unconstitutional of the decision of the Supreme Court that did not give him permission to take the oath as the elected mayor of Himara and of the two decisions of the special courts against organized crime and corruption dated June 1 and May 22.
The Constitutional Court will hold the first session on March 19, at 10:00.
The publication of the decision by the Constitutional Court comes a few days after SPAK announced the claim against Beler, demanding his sentence of two years and six months of imprisonment.
Meanwhile, his lawyers turned to the constitutional court with the request to speed up the process, which the meeting of constitutional judges announced that it passed in the plenary session.
