The candidate to lead SPAK, Klodian Braho, during an interview by the High Prosecutorial Council, spoke about the previous leaders of SPAK, Altin Dumani and Arben Kraja.
Asked what characteristics he would take from them, Braho said that from Dumani he would take pro-activity and determination, while from Kraja he would take calmness in carrying out his duties.
Excerpts from the conversation:
Arta Mandro: What would you take from the previous leaders?
Klodian Braho: From Dumani I would take pro-activity and determination. From Kraja I would also take calmness in carrying out the task.
Arta Mandro: What wouldn't you get from them?
Klodian Braho: Both have exercised the same duty when the institution was not the same. During the time of Mr. Krajë, the institution should have been more active. Although issues take their time. Compared to Mr. Dumani, evaluating his work, I would take the side of pro-activity, I find it difficult not to want to have it. I am not a conformist, but I am being honest.
