"Gërdeci" in GJKKO/ Today the hearing for former minister Mediu, will he agree to testify?

Today, the court session will be held for the former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu, for the 'Gërdeci' case. In this court session at GJKKO, Mediu will give his consent to speak or not to the prosecutors.
The last session took place on March 6, where the former director of the ammunition dismantling factory in Gërdec, Dritan Minxolli, refused to testify.

The only one who agreed to testify was Rezart Tërshana, former head of the department in the Legal Directorate at the Ministry of Defense. Tërshana said that he had been a member of the price commission for dismantling ammunition.

SPAK has requested to interrogate American citizens, including Patrick Henry, representative of the American company SAC, and four other American citizens.

Mediu is being investigated for the case of the Gërdec tragedy that happened on March 15, 2008, while the former minister is being investigated for abuse of office.
