Journalist Artan Hoxha spoke about the appearance of DP leader Sali Berisha at SPAK.

Berisha stated that the shootings were carried out by the Guard, but Hoxha says that only the black eye of the Guard chief at the time, Ndrea Prendi, was shot from inside.
