Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj entered prison 313 to meet former president Ilir Meta.
The lawyer told journalist Anila Hoxha that he is preparing the appeal to the Court of Special Appeal, which he is expected to submit today or Friday.
Since the previous day, Ilir Meta has been detained in 313 under a prison sentence.
The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime the day before left former president Ilir Meta in prison, and Monika Kryemadhi, Ema Çoku and Pirro Xixho to appear.
The head of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, was arrested by order of SPAK at noon on Monday in Tirana.
Measures and accusations against them by the Special Court of First Instance:
Ilir Meta, personal security measure "Arrest in prison", suspected of committing criminal offences; "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials" in 3 cases, of which in two cases it was carried out in cooperation, "Cleaning of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity" carried out in cooperation and more than once, and "Refusal to declare, non-declaration, concealment or false declaration of assets, private interests of elected persons and public servants, or of any person who has the legal obligation to declare".
Monika Kryemadhi , personal security measure "Compulsion to appear before the judicial police", suspected of committing criminal offences; "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials" in 2 cases and in cooperation, "Cleaning of proceeds of criminal offense or criminal activity" carried out in cooperation, and "Refusal to declare, non-declaration, concealment or false declaration of assets, private interests of elected persons and public servants, or of any person who has the legal obligation to declare".
Piro Xhixho, personal security measure " Compulsion to appear before the judicial police" , suspected of committing the criminal offense "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials", committed in cooperation.
Ema Çoku , personal security measure " Compulsion to appear before the judicial police ", suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Cleaning the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity" committed in cooperation.
