The Court of Cassation in Italy has given the right to the prime minister, due to the fact that it is in the tax office of the Italian government, to evaluate as safe or not the countries from which immigrants come.

According to "Corriere Della Sera", this is what the judges of the First Civil Section of the Court of Cassation write in an "intermediary order" in relation to the appeals presented by the government against the initial non-confirmations for keeping immigrants in Albania, given by the section of immigration of the Court of Rome last October 18.
But it seems that this is a half-victory. This is because the Court of Cassation has suspended all measures pending the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
"In the dialogue between the jurisdictions, the Court of Cassation participates by offering, in the spirit of sincere cooperation, its working hypothesis, without transforming it either into a decision on the appeal or into a legal principle that can guide future applications" , the decision emphasizes. Now the last word belongs to the European Court and it decides whether the immigrants will come to Gjadër or not.
