The judge of Vlora, Hektor Sinanaj, has many problems regarding the declaration of assets at the ILDKLPI. Sinanaj has had a legal obligation to declare his assets since 2000, when he started working as a judge.
During his work as a lawyer in Vlora for the years 1992-2000, Hektor Sinanaj declared 170 million old ALL, but Sinanaj, as a lawyer, does not appear as a registered entity.
Likewise, the judge has problems with an apartment donated by his mother, a donated car, without declaring the donor, the income from a billiards, which the judge has declared, this subject, that does not exist in the CKB.

By inquiring with the CKB and the tax authorities, it turns out that the judge was not employed as a lawyer at all, but he declared falsely, made a false statement and the ILDKLPI remained silent and did not carry out any kind of verification . The judge declares that he became the owner of an apartment, with parts 1 and 2 adjoining, donated by his mother. Then, after that, the judge comes to us with full shares in this property, with 100% of its value. How it was done, this is a very big doubt. But that's not all, the judge has been implicated in money laundering, for the reason that the judge claims that he had a billiards bar and benefited from income, while in the meantime, from our interest in the KKB and the tax authorities, it turns out that there was no kind of the subject with this object of activity. The judge even, in a bank deposit, deposited 700 thousand ALL according to his statement and earned 12 million new ALL. As I pointed out, the judge, in a strange way, also received a Mercedes-Benz as a gift. It has not been verified by which person this Mercedes was donated, or whether this pesron who donated it had income, or was there a conflict of interest, again this has not been investigated. What is more strange, in 2019, at the time of vetting, the judge took a vacation in Ksamil, 15 days, with the value of 14 million old ALL. But from the interest that we have made, both in the relevant subject, as well as in the tax authorities, it turns out that it is not true .
Sinanaj for the years 2008 to 2021 has declared income from a private kindergarten activity for children "Pinoku LLC", registered in the name of the woman. From the ascertainment of the amounts over the years, it appears that about 165 million old lek more have been declared in ILDKPI, compared to the profits from this activity in taxes.
Arben Llangozi: The judge claims that his wife had a garden until 2008, called "Pinoku". From the interest that we have done, it turns out that there is no such process and according to the judge, it has generated a large total of income that his own wife has committed. It turns out that in 2008, the judge's wife opened an activity with a nursery and kindergarten facility, and every year she claims to have earned between 2 million and 400 thousand Lek approximately. But from the verification that we have done by the tax authorities, it turns out that it is not true, but this citizen has benefited from income in the amount of 400 to 500 thousand new lek. So, the judge declared about 2 million ALL with the claim that they benefited from the wife's private activity, but at no point is this proven, even the opposite is proven.
Sinanaj is also the owner of a 3-story building in front of the court of Vlora, an object built without a permit, and of dubious land origin. In this building, the judge rents offices for lawyers and psychologists, whom he "supplies" with work from the court.
Arben Llangozi: The judge claims that he built with a permit and took a loan, but it turns out that the judge built without a permit. In the statement of 2010, the judge stated that he paid 9 thousand euros to the Albanian state for the legalization of the building built without a building permit. So, the judge has committed a criminal offense and institutions such as the ILDKLPI and others, have remained silent and have not taken any kind of measure, even though the judge has declared that he has committed a crime.
