The School of Magistrates has reacted after the statements in the KLP meeting.
The School of Magistrates considers the statements made during the meeting to be false accusations and a serious violation of their activity.
The meeting under the leadership of the new president Mirela Bogdani started with strong debates among the members.
Everything started after Bogdani read the agenda, which included the verification of the wealth of some candidates who won the last Magistrate's exam, ready to be appointed prosecutors.
The vice president of the KLP, Bazaj, said that the verification procedure should be postponed because SPAK has a criminal report against the School of Magistrates and the BKH has started investigations.
But first Arta Mandro and then the majority of KLP members came against his request, rejecting his request.
Matrapazi, head of the Arben Rakipi School of Magistrates, has finished at SPAK.
Without batting an eye and quite clearly, he entered over 50 new names in the list of winners in the Magistrate's examination. But this scandal may cost him dearly, as it is learned that there was a referral to SPAK. According to the latest sources, Rakipi has been criminally sued, as it is suspected that they misused their duties with the exam in question.
The lawsuit was filed by the Anticorruption Lawyers Association, which accuses him of corruption, falsification of documents and abuse of office.
