Kryemadhi has been summoned to SPAK on account of investigations into her wealth.
The MP of the Freedom Party, Monika Kryemadhi, went to SPAK today.
Kryemadhi arrived at SPAK this morning around 10:00, while the reasons why the PL MP went to the Special Prosecutor's Office are not yet known.
This is not the first time that Kryemadhi has been called to SPAK. She arrived at the doors of the Special Prosecutor's Office alone, unaccompanied by a lawyer, and is expected to give explanations before the National Bureau of Investigation.
Meanwhile, in December of last year, Monika Kryemadhi admitted that she was under financial investigation by the Special Prosecutor's Office, and said that she is open to face justice.
On April 11 of this year, SPAK interrogated Monika Kryemadhi's mother, Fatima Kryemadhi, for nearly 5 hours.
After leaving the Special Prosecutor's Office, Kryemadhi's mother told the media that she was asked about the investigations into the property.
Fatima Kryemadhi stated that all transactions were carried out with the bank. As she emphasized that she was never the owner of the company and that there is nothing in the seized phone.
We remind you that SPAK is processing two investigations on the Meta couple joined by a faction.
The first one is related to a report filed in SPAK on charges of Corruption, Money Laundering and concealment of income. In the denunciation of the lawyer Idajet Beqiri, it is mentioned that the couple Meta-Kryemadhi have performed aesthetic interventions in a private clinic abroad and that they have not declared the expenses.
The investigation into suspicions of money laundering has automatically led to a wealth investigation - the same sources inform. Another investigation is that of the denunciation in the episode of lobbying in the United States of America, otherwise known as the 700 thousand dollar lobbying.
The report states that the party led by Ilir Meta paid millions to lobby for a picture with Donald Trump. Among the forwarded letters, SPAK is still waiting for answers from Cyprus and San Marino. But in these investigations that are still focused on foreigners' letters, and when the banks have closed the answers to the transfers, the tip of the iceberg on these issues became visible the day when MP Kryemadhi asked the Court of First Instance for the return of the iPhone , which was not accepted by both courts.
It is clear that now nothing prevents SPAK from looking into the phone and extracting everything it wants.
