Former Prosecutor Ervin Karanxha, commenting on the hacking of the emails of 3 SPAK prosecutors, said that there was no information leak.
In the Report TV studio, Karanxha emphasized that hackers have their work not only in SPAK, but also in other institutions, and among others, they have hacked SPAK.
" We must always ensure that institutions take protective measures, not only SPAK, but also other institutions."
Even in America and other countries that have materials of particular importance, it's nothing new. Hacking happens, it's something that's not uncommon.
"Thankfully, in this specific case, he was caught in time and is being pursued, but there was no leak of information ," he emphasized.
On the other hand, Karanxha also commented on the delay that has occurred with some old files, which have not yet been judged. According to him, on January 21, the Supreme Court stated that those who investigated should also be investigated.
" I think that old files should be divided into two categories: important files and files that have priority and sensitivity for the public. Even January 21 is an old file."
January 21, 2012 came around, and according to the Supreme Court in citation 2023, this file should have ended.
"Even in the January 21 file, there are actions that need to be taken. Even the Supreme Court said at the time that those who dealt with the accusation should also be investigated ," said Karanxha.
