Lawyer Kujtim Cakrani spoke about the hacking at SPAK, believing that the three prosecutors themselves leaked the information to give the parties under investigation the opportunity to defend themselves and delete evidence.
"To tell Albanians that two people without technological training committed the great heresy and hacked the SPAK system is unbelievable. There are many interests in SPAK, whether from the government or within the government, there are business interests, which are under investigation. I don't believe it is hacking, but they came from prosecutors themselves, who are not known for investigating politicians and businessmen."
The interests in accessing the SPAK system are multifaceted. I think that politics has created groups of hacker apostates to access the SPAK system. Interfering with SPAK computers is done with inside information. I do not believe that these people who have been arrested do not have knowledge of IT. It is possible that information, code, details on how to access it were provided and they intervened.
I believe that the prosecutors have brought it out themselves, because the characters are from business and politics. There are many politicians, even from the majority, who are being investigated, for affairs, connections to crime, or voter affairs. The prosecutors are interested in bringing out the information so that they can defend themselves, erase evidence, and launder assets.
"The prosecutors have the incinerator file, which is a bomb that will explode one day. I suspect they released this to tell people, 'Here's the evidence, take your own measures.'"
