Hacking of SPAK secrets, Anila Hoxha: Prosecutors' communications with

Indications of interference in SPAK's computers were confirmed today after an official response from the Special Prosecution Office confirming the arrest of two people.

The cyberattack has managed to penetrate the emails of 3 SPAK special prosecutors, while the email address of the head of this institution, Altin Dumani, has not been able to be decrypted.

In the Top Story studio this Thursday, journalist Anila Hoxha revealed details about this unprecedented event, while saying that she had sent an official letter to SPAK to receive official information, but had been faced with silence.

"Two citizens, Arnold Rrokaj and Zambak Gjonaj, the latter a lawyer, are under investigation and in prison custody. They came into contact with each other when Gjonaj was the director of the pre-trial detention center in Vlora, while Rrokaj, according to my knowledge, is an IT. We do not yet have it officially written, which would be the most normal thing, what the criminal offense is that these two people are suspected of.

There are no secrets of this nature of national security where the name should be kept secret. It is suspected that on March 12 they launched an attack to hack and interfere with the e-mail addresses of the three special prosecutors and through e-mail it went to their computers, even as it was confirmed to me unofficially, that on March 14 I sent the first request and requested information from SPAK, they asked me to send it by e-mail so that it would be recorded and three days passed… there was silence and after a few days I request again, I resend the request for detailed information now, as the law says to be informed that apparently it is a ghost law. We still do not know what are the concrete crimes that the former director of detention and IT have committed.

The computer of prosecutor Behar Dibra, who is investigating several criminal groups, and the computers of two prosecutors who investigate not only organized crime but also corruption issues have been hacked. To my knowledge, e-mails of prosecutors in communication with international representatives in Albania of the nature of information exchange have also been obtained, but it is unofficial information and I would not risk giving more because I have in mind the prosecutor's decision on investigative secrecy. This hacking is suspected to have been carried out by a structured criminal group, but a structured criminal group does not consist of two people. We hope that this institution will have results as soon as possible and will really reveal what happened and how great the damage is ", said Anila Hoxha.
