Journalist Dernis Dynjaja spoke about the opposition protest. He said that this civil disobedience does not serve the Democratic Party as a political force, but serves former Prime Minister Berisha for his interests.
He said that Berisha feels comfortable in the opposition, as long as his business interests are not affected and that people close to him or his son continue to receive construction permits for towers.
According to the journalist, Berisha self-isolated and they did not isolate him because if he respected the first measure of GJKKO, he would be free for political activity and in Parliament.
"Berisha self-isolated, he was not imprisoned by SPAK. If he had respected the first measure of the Court, he would still be free. The law on insurance measures was not made specifically for Sali Berisha, it was made for all persons. It is made for those people who can spoil the evidence. So that's the point. If he went to the Prosecutor's Office or the Court, we would not have tightened the security measures in house arrest. It would be in normal activity, it would be in Parliament, as Mrs. Kryemadhi continues, the word comes. He decided to do what he did and ended up in self-isolation. He emphasized that people close to Berisha and his son continue to get construction permits, but forget that SPAK will one day investigate.
"We are in the cycle of civil disobedience and not protest, let's not destroy Mr. Berisha's intention and statements. These are accounts that Berisha makes with his political bloc, with his own group. He does his calculations and so on civil disobedience protests every week or every two weeks, organizing them from home. The political strategy for the 2025 elections must change. But I think that Berisha is enjoying being in the opposition, it's quite comfortable. Because all the interests he has around his own people, people around the business near him, are being met. They are getting the permits for the towers, they are the same. Berisha is not in power, but the permits for towers are being taken by his people. Today I read that they had received a permit for towers on "Dritan Hoxha" street, here in Laprakë. People close to Mr. Berisha or his son, who have friends, etc., etc., says the journalist.
Dyrnjaja also pointed out the political game between the big powers and the agreements between them on certain points.
"The enmity that seems to be almost terrible, dissolves and it is understood that there is an alliance of interests. There is no need to make it public, because it is known from the consequences, from the conclusion. I am only mentioning 3, the amnesty that was released to prisoners convicted by SPAK with the approval of both parties, the Electoral Code that received the votes of both parties in Parliament, DP and SP. However, the journalist emphasizes that SPAK will investigate them one day, since the papers are not in order.

How the permits were given, how it was built, where the money was found, etc., they had it from drugs, from prostitution, and the day will come when SPAK will investigate it all. Some letters you had yesterday are not in order. If you didn't have a letter in order, that 43-story skyscraper collapses. But they forget who they were and remember that the past is erased, it is not erased, it is there", concludes Dyrnjaja.
