Well-known lawyer, Romeo Kara has warned that the dome of the State Police is "on a tightrope". During an interview, he shows how the entire management chain will be destroyed by "SKY" interceptions. Also, Romeo Kara shows the scheme of SPAK and gives the hard details about the case of Tom Doshi who accused Ilir Meta of paying 500 thousand euros to Durim Bami to kill him.
- Lawyer, what impressed you about the SPAK mega-operation, a very voluminous file, you could make it a book in terms of the narrative and intrigue it has, from all the elements, the murder plot and so on?
In terms of intrigue, they should make a book where we talk about the apaterosis of crime and scum, it's fixed. And it shows the real moral of how far we've come. They came out in 1991 with a dream to go for a better life, we ended up in a scum who dared not only to become rich but also a criminal, without ever trying to become educated. It has taken over life and death here in Albania in the most brazen way that they have directed with their pressure and violence, the local government bodies, the police and big politics. Let's talk about the prisons part then. I think we need to learn the right lessons and make legal changes. At the same time, a reform of the cleaning in the Police should be carried out as soon as possible.
- Mr. Kara, do you believe that there is a part of deconspiracy in the execution?
I don't believe it, but I am 1000% convinced that this is where we are limping. Now the day has come to deal with this part, with the police part. In addition to the processes that SPAK itself will open for these people who I call traitors in the police department. Even the Police itself must raise its standards. Preferably the entire police force should be certified now. I very quickly now see that we will have a completely new troupe, at least its construction. Good or bad, now we have a clear picture of what happened, who are these people who are holding Albania hostage. These people have sovereignty, because they have had sovereignty given to them by vote, politics has delegated it to them. These were taken by vote. To deal with the vote, they dealt with money laundering, they dealt with all kinds of traffic, and when they had to, they dealt with life and death together. All the materials have come in the right way and there is no lawyer to defend them.
They came through EUROJUST and EUROPOL, and this part of the arrival of materials from the police part, both channels were used, this part was not handed over. I think now the problems of criminal groups have started, while justice and law enforcement are now starting to rise again. Even though this file has come out, even better it shows what work the Albanian justice will deal with now. How many problems we have had within us and how scrupulous we must be in front of them. This should not make us sad, of course we are not very happy that our life is managed by such a scum, but we have to face it and find all the ways to win this thing as soon as possible and the fear goes to the side of criminals. It is thought that SPAK should have already seized all their assets as they are worth billions. Lazarati alone had 2.5-3.5 billion money per year in income. That hornet's nest was broken and opened. These people have used the money not only for their luxury, where they have gone through every fantasy, and from coachmen they have become businessmen, and from collecting cans they have become the head of crime syndicates.
These billions must be seized because they are a weapon against the sovereignty of the country and the legal order in Albania. These should be done as soon as possible. After their strike, the next one will come, so high politics has been struck in a studied manner. And when the file starts in each fascicle, Arben Ndoka's name appears in 18 sections. We will have others, in other matters. I have a convincing perception that the 'Doshi' case was quite serious, even the guards of RENEA who guarded it during that time, were not without reason. Another thing, what an absurd theater was played to bring it out as a false report. No, it wasn't without anything. We have to go back in time to brag about those who did not give their signature here and there, in all the privatizations that were done and how they were done. We also have media owners who are part of the privatizations and boast that they have not received tenders. They did not receive tenders, but you received free objects. They have put the wealth of this people in their pockets, they have come as captives to the army and have become oligarchs. They have done nothing but equated governance to robbery, theft and even murder.
-What is Duman's role, the image that SPAK gives, have you seen him determined to move forward with the files?
Dumani is scrupulous, he has decided to make a career only by applying the law in his work, it shows that he has given an impetus and a different approach. We have another approach against this structure for a year. I think that he should have more than two more years of his mandate, if he has this approach and maintains this resistance and does not get tired. There is no need to be afraid, he is a person who is welcome in relation to the law and the part of the Albanians. He should not be upset that criminals and his representatives, with and without power, try to hinder him, these are challenges that he knows, overcomes and faces.
