Kristjan Lukaj was left in prison by the Court of Tirana. The young man from Shkodra was arrested a day ago by the Police during the "Repeat" operation conducted by Economic Crime.

He is suspected of having, in cooperation with Alban Gjoni and Rudor Balla, defrauded an employee (director of the marketing & distribution company), presenting herself as its owner, Vilma Nushi. The fraudsters, led by Florian Gjergji, have asked the director for 50 thousand euros.

Kristjan Lukaj turns out to be Florian Gjergji's cousin (his uncle's son), the latter continues to be wanted on suspicion of being the head of groups that have committed similar frauds before.

Lukaj said in front of the black squads that he had no idea what was happening and about the fraud scheme that Florian Gjergji, Alban Gjoni and Rudor Balla had created. According to Lukaj's statements, he drove his car to get the money, which Florian Gjergji had asked him for, without telling him that they were cheating.

Meanwhile, Alban Gjoni and Rudor Balla are suspected of being the people who, through messages, asked the director of Vilma Nushi's company for money.

A 25-year-old man from FL has also been announced as wanted for this event. Earlier, 8250 euros, 25,000 ALL, and 1 vehicle were seized.

Florian Gjergji, who is wanted, is suspected to be hiding behind these fraud schemes.

According to the investigation, it turns out that Gjergji created the fraudulent schemes and then involved others to act on the ground, to benefit large sums of money through fraud.
