While the prosecutor's office of Tirana, for more than 1 year, has been investigating the former mayor of Bërxulle municipality, Ymer Marku, and several other officials as being involved in the alienation of dozens of land surfaces in Bërxulle, a parallel investigation on this matter has already been opened in SPAK.
For a few days now, the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation against the former senior official, Ymer Marku, for the charge of "Forgery of documents" and "Abuse of duty".
Marku will face a criminal report filed in SPAK by Arben Tafa, who previously served in a function in the former municipality of Bëxulë.
"Ora News" has learned that Arben Tafa, during the time when the Bërxulë municipality was run by Ymer Marku, was hired by the latter as a plumber of this municipality.
But during this time, it turned out that the name of the plumber Arben Tafa was used as a disguise for the alienation of several properties located in different areas of Bëxulla. In the name of Arben Tafa, a land area of 4,000 square meters has been registered with forged documents.
The documents show that this area, located in the village of Brukë, is owned by the citizen Arben Tafa, who has strong doubts that he is not the real owner of this real estate.
Regarding the mortgage registration of this property of 4,000 square meters, the prosecution has shown concern and Arben Tafa, who, although it turns out to be the owner of the land, does not have any historical document to prove the origin of this real estate.
The investigations for this case that have started in SPAK are expected to extend to the verification of the role of former mayor Marku in other assets that have been alienated by him.
It is very likely and expected that in the coming days this SPAK investigation will join the investigation launched by the Tirana prosecutor's office against Ymer Mark and three other persons, such as the former elder Agim Loci and the former Head of the Office of Protection and Management of Land near Bërxulle Municipality, Kujtim Balliu.
These persons, in cooperation with each other, during the time when they served in the former municipality of Bëxulë, through forged documents, have alienated some land surfaces in the area of Bëxulë.
It is expected that the next day Ymer Marku and the other two persons Agim Loci, Kujtim Balliu will appear before the Tirana Court of Appeal, where they will be introduced to the security measure.
The three people continue to stay in prison, meanwhile, tomorrow the Appeal judge Dritan Hasani will assess whether Ymer Marku and the two former officials of Bëxulla will leave the cell or not?/ OraNews
