Journalist Eni Ferhati called the security measure "obligation to appear" granted by GJKKO a second amnesty for former Minister of Health Ilir Beqaj.

What did Ilir Beqaj waste his office for, just for fun?! Did he waste it out of ignorance, or for other reasons?! Logic says that he squandered it to have potential benefits, when it comes to a concession with such great values. Therefore, I am looking at a second amnesty for Mr. Beqaj with this criminal proceeding. They are rare decisions of judges who tell SPAK, look, there is more room, or you were wrong about the criminal facts ", said Ferhati.
