The lawyer Idajet Beqiri has reported to SPAK Flamur Noka, submitting the file with facts that include the deputy of Reestablishment for money laundering and corruption.
Invited to "Studio Live" on Report TV, the journalist Adriatik Doçi gave details on the suspicious actions that the MP carried out when he was the minister of the interior, specifically with the concession of passports.
"For the first time, I wrote an article about the role of the former interior minister Noka in the concession of passports. The incinerators have been under investigation for 5 years. Even these other concessions worth hundreds of millions of euros should be investigated as much as 5% of the incinerators. What is the concession, the contract with the company was for 5 years. In 2013, Noka intervened in the contract and extended it for 10 years, in addition to the extension of the contract, the price of identity cards and passports has increased, from 5 to 15 thousand old lek. Tens of millions of euros were stolen with this move alone. When the company had made a profit, only in 2008 had it made a loss.
When the company was profitable, how is it possible that a power at its end, signs a new concession for 10 years. In exchange for what? What pushed Noka and Berisha to increase the prices of identity documents? They give you an answer for this. I have doubts that the money was shared. The founding of the allied company was done after the agreement was signed ," said Doçi.
If SPAK registers criminal proceedings against the deputy, Doçi said that one of the biggest affairs in the history of political pluralism will be revealed.
"If SPAK records the proceedings, it will reveal one of the most frightening affairs in the history of pluralism in Albania. The investments have not been made, the contract has not been implemented. The commission for the implementation of the concession has gone out of business.
The company did not even have the equipment and rented it in another country. It is a concession where public money has been procured. The assets of the persons who have signed the extension of this concession have been increased. "SPAK should look at the facts, where the money has ended up, is the postponement of the concession legal, how much have the Albanians lost, and then the court will evaluate it", he further added.
