Suddenly, Muli i Memaliajt, from the 8th grade of school appeared with a law degree and in Saranda they believed him to be a "Jurist", while now, with this university card, he was appointed the head of KF "Butrinti" with the seal of the mayor Oltion Çaçi.
A few days ago, "Pamphlet" published facts, which prove that the Municipality of Saranda has been taken over by the "Demi" family, whose members have seized the cabinet of Mayor Çaçi and key sectors of properties, lands, plots, beaches and permits construction.
But also the people of Tepelena, specifically the Mayor of Saranda, Oltion Çaçi, was born in Memaliaj, grew up in Tepelena and lives in Durrës.
The director of the Sarandë Waterworks, Armando Goxharaj, former director of sales at the Tirana Waterworks and the grandson of Gramoz Ruçi's wife is from Memaliaj, as well as the Technical Director of the Waterworks, Sheme Lulo is from Memaliaj, both childhood friends with Muli Shehu; even from Memaliaj is the former SP deputy of Saranda, Alket Hyseni of the coastal lands.
