The prosecutor who allegedly threatened judge Arnisa Kelliçi is revealed. The latter was defended by the KLJ, after declaring that he had received a threatening letter.
But today a letter was published, where it is known that the judge has filed a criminal complaint against Ardian Dyrmishi. In the published letter, the judge says that she was indirectly threatened by the prosecutor.
" I, Judge Arnisa Kelliçi, have filed a report regarding two threats made against me.
Today, on 26.01.2024, in the statements given before you as Prosecutor and OPGJ, I have informed that I suspect that one of the threats came indirectly (through the Chancellor of the Court) from Prosecutor Adriano Dyrmishi, who works at the Prosecutor's Office yours.
Also, after identifying from the investigations so far the date when the threatening letter against me was forwarded to my office, I informed that the Prosecutor was in my office on that date.
Bearing in mind this fact, as well as the conditions when I am a judge of the same Court, based on articles 78 and 84 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I request the declaration of the lack of competence of your Prosecutor's Office and the sending of the documents to a different, more competent Prosecutor's Office nearby.
With appreciation for your work so far and with consideration, Judge Arnisa Kelliçi ", the letter says.
