Due to the snowfall, the structures of the Elbasan Local Police Directorate have increased the presence of Police services in all urban and rural road axes, with the aim of helping and advising drivers.
The "Librazhd-Qafë thane" road axis has been affected by the snowfall, and currently the movement of vehicles is carried out only with chains.
Meanwhile, the movement of heavy tonnage vehicles has been blocked on this road axis.
The police of Elbasan appeals to the drivers to be careful while driving, respect the road signs, reduce the speed, do not drive without winter tires and chains and follow the instructions of the services in the field.
The problematic situation is also in Fushë Arrëz. Dozens of vehicles have been blocked in several roads in this area and drivers and passengers have been left in the cold.
