Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço said that the case of SPAK's wiretapping of Mayor Erion Veliaj shows that SPAK is creating its own intelligent network from which it obtains clues for certain cases within the framework of the investigation.
He indicated that these wiretaps are used by SPAK to provide evidence to present in court, not to convict, but to strengthen the idea of the security measure that should be imposed on the defendant.
"For this, they have carried out a series of operational tracking actions of observation and obtaining information in an operational way, then of deploying wiretapping techniques, whether environmental or telephone. There are technological devices that we as institutions have allowed the convicts to use on their phones, on the other hand, the prosecution has installed the device so that they can listen to what is being said and what orders they are giving outside. I think that the same technique was used in the case of Veliaj ," said Karamuço on the 'Now' show on 'Euronews Albania'.
