Former deputy Spartak Braho has proposed a severe penalty for those who dare to threaten prosecutors or people of justice.
"Bullet to the head who threatens prosecutors and people of justice!", said Braho in an interview for "Report TV".
The two female prosecutors have defended themselves after being targeted by a criminal group that was reportedly led by Laert Haxhiu.
Braho emphasizes the need to help SPAK fight organized crime and proposes severe punishment for those who threaten justice.
"When a prosecutor or investigator is threatened, the bullet must hit the head because there is no other way. Otherwise, we have done nothing to protect SPAK. It must be protected with extremely strong actions. Reactions such as to teach well those who think, who start to think without acting against the life of prosecutors or justice workers. That the lead of the head is little. This country should do this. SPAK and the one dealing with rates should raise their voices. A bullet to the head of anyone who endangers the life of a justice worker," said Spartak Braho.
He also suggests an independent police force that would protect SPAK.
"I put forward the idea that SPAK should have its own independent police force. It should be a new force to be regulated by law and government decision because the police is also on its worst day" , he concluded.
