All Albanians who want to try their luck for the American dream have one month to apply, starting from yesterday evening when the applications were opened.

All Diversity Visa (DV) lottery entrants are advised to review the educational and employment eligibility guidelines prior to entry. To qualify for a visa under the DV Program, the principal applicant (the applicant whose entry number is selected) must have qualifying education or employment.
GUIDELINES
There are two prerequisites that must be met before applying, otherwise it will go to waste.
The first has to do with the country of birth, which must be on the list of countries that the US considers acceptable to apply.
“Individuals born in a country whose natives are eligible to apply for the lottery program may be eligible to apply. If you were not born in an eligible country to apply for the lottery, there are two ways you can qualify. Was your spouse born in an eligible country to apply for the lottery? While the second condition is related to education. "Each DV applicant must meet either the education requirement or the work experience requirement of the lottery program, possessing the following: A high school education or its equivalent, defined as the successful completion of 12 years of full formal education 9 years and secondary or two years of work experience within the past five years in an employment that requires at least 2 years of training or experience to exercise. To determine whether work experience qualifies for the lottery, the US Department of Labor Database will be used," the document states, clearly underlining that no one should apply to the program if they do not meet both of the requirements of above.
The annual tip is to avoid mediation during the application process.
The US Embassy often emphasizes that it does not need the help of a visa counselor, visa agent, or any person who can vouch for assistance. But even if the person chooses to use this form, he should keep some things in mind.
