Requested relaxation of the security measure, the Special Court overthrows Fredi

The Special Court dismisses Feredi Beleri's request for replacement of the security measure. Fredi Beleri wanted a milder measure than 'prison arrest'. Beleri was arrested on May 12, under suspicion of passive election corruption, carried out in collaboration.

Even earlier, Beleri requested the dismissal of the case, claiming that there is no evidence to include him in the criminal offense for which he is accused.

We remind you that the mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri, was arrested two days before the May 14 elections, after he was caught red-handed buying votes.
