"There were irregularities", the secretary of the voting center in Fier takes the stamp with him and leaves

At noon today, the secretary of Voting Center 3209/1 in Topoja, Fier, took the stamp with him and left, thus blocking the voting process.

After several moments of tension, the secretary said that he was instructed by the DP structures he represents on the committee to act in that manner.

"There were family votes, patronage votes, so I left, I took the instructions of the structures ," he told "TCH".
