Children around the world celebrated June 1 today, as many organizations called for more protection and security for them. Albania is one of those countries where the safety of children is almost non-existent, also because of the authorities and kamikazes in justice.
A very serious event was recorded a few days ago in the capital, after a girl was attempted to be kidnapped from the hands of her father.
To be more precise. A citizen, with the initials Aldor N., was ambushed by his ex-wife's family members, who tried to kidnap their daughter from the car. It was the girl's aunt, the citizen with the initials Dea K., who, as can be seen in the video provided by the security cameras, at the moment when the car of the gentleman in question was standing at the entrance to the garage, grabbed the girl from the back seat and tried to leave
The plan was well thought out, since the road behind the "BMW" was blocked and the lady in question, helped by someone else, would have fled with the child, if the gentleman, who reached put the girl back in the vehicle.
After the incident, Aldor N. addressed the court, where he requested a protection order, as according to him, he feels threatened by his ex-wife's family members. He presented the video in question as proof, but the judge Majlinda Dogga closed her eyes to the footage and rejected his request with a scandalous decision made today.

But it seems that this judge is on the way to such an action. Due to her fault, in 2017, judge Fildes Hafizi was killed by her husband. It was Majlinda Dogga, who dismissed the protection order case on April 7, 2015, as Hafizi himself did not appear at the court hearing. Hafizi had made the request for a protection order on March 24, and the judge considered it after almost two weeks and closed the case, bringing her murder.
But apparently, this kamikaze judge did not learn from past mistakes. A life was taken for lack of a protection order. In this case we are dealing with a child. Today that girl was supposed to celebrate June 1 like many other children, but she was put in danger. Children cannot suffer the consequences of such a system. The state must act with laws and regulations. It cannot happen in 2024, that an attempt is made to take a child by force, and it seems normal to the judge.
On the other hand, it should be noted that Judge Dogga passed the vetting with many question marks. KPK verified the transactions and sources for the purchase of a vehicle in 2008 by her daughter for the price of 3000 euros. As sources of creation of this wealth, the daughter of judge Dogga has declared the family savings.
The investigation showed that the seller, an ES citizen, had bought this car a year ago with 'zero' mileage, against the price of 1 million 350 thousand ALL.
Based on this finding, KPK has investigated for preferential treatment of the subject's daughter in this transaction.
From the verifications of the KPK, it has emerged that Dogga has tried a case where the father of the seller of the vehicle was a party, to whom a claim was accepted for the fulfillment of contractual obligations and the return of a loan.
The Commission concluded that the decision-making of the First Instance was also upheld by the Appeal, as well as the recourse of the defendant party was rejected. Assessing that the depreciation of the vehicle for one year was low, as well as starting from the sale for a price several times cheaper, the Commission raised doubts that the price of 300 thousand ALL is not the one that was paid for the vehicle.
But this matter was then quietly passed and the judge was confirmed. But it seems that the expression "crossed the river, killed the horse" is now being used. Like many others who have passed the vetting, they no longer ask about laws. Even Judge Dogga cannot see with voice and image how a girl is endangered, but she still refused the protection order. / Pamphlet
