Journalist Klodiana Lala has provided details from the BKH action a few days ago, where a series of checks were carried out on officials and businessmen suspected of being involved in abuses with road tenders.

" On the 24th, the Special Prosecutors addressed a special request to the Special Court and on the 25th, Christmas Eve, Special Prosecutor Erjon Çelaj issued 21 decisions for personal searches, while there are 34 searches in total. Within one decision, there can be a home search, an office search, but also a personal search. There are many individuals, because from 21 decisions, 34 searches were carried out during December 26. Mobile phones were also taken, on the other hand, documents, computers, etc. were also seized.
It turns out that in this case the State Police was not notified at all. BKH did not notify the State Police at all, because there could have been a disclosure of all the data, of the operation. Erald Elezit's apartment was also searched , "said Klodiana Lala.
