Ilirjana Olldashi, the judge who released Jamarbër Malltezi from detention, is in a conflict of interest. SPAK has requested its exclusion from the consideration of the case for the review of the appeal that Berisha's son-in-law made for the lifting of the sequestration.

SPAK will also appeal to the Supreme Court for the return of Malltez to the cell.
