Copying TIMS data, what SPAK experts discovered on Ervin Muça's computer; the IT director used an employee's PIN

New details have been revealed about the copying of TIMS system data, for which the IT director of the State Police, Ervin Muça, was arrested the day before and has been placed under house arrest.

It is known that the security cameras recorded Ervin Muço on the evening of August 2, 2023, near the building of the Directorate of Technology and Information on "Mine Peza" street (near police station number 3). Muca himself denies that he was in the building on the evening of August 2.

Sources indicate that the data of the TIMS system were copied to the computer of Ervin Muço, this was verified by SPAK experts.

For this event, other persons are being verified, who entered the building in an unauthorized manner. They allegedly helped Muço in copying the data. Unauthorized persons - according to the Prosecutor's Office - in order not to leave a trace, entered the building with the personal PIN (code) of another employee who was known to be there with a regular permit.
