The former candidate for the municipality of Kuçova with "Bashke Fitomje" Lefter Maliqi said that he has total conviction that he has won the municipality of Kuçova.
Maliqi said in a television appearance that in the last elections he faced the oligarch Salillari and this Kreshnik Hajdar who is worse than Gjici i Kukës.
" In the last elections, I was a candidate in one of the most left-wing municipalities. Being a former police chief by profession, and since our objective was the collection of evidence, I had the Minister of Order in front of me in Kuçova. That municipality is left in oblivion. A phenomenon of crime and vote robbery occurred in Albania. I have total conviction that I won the municipality of Kuçova, that I lost by very few votes, about 600 votes.
I faced the oligarch Salillari and this Hajdar who is worse than Gjici i Kukës. We have caught the exponents of SP with stealing votes. The ballot boxes were in a secret room, where I suspect 18 boxes were changed. That's why I made a battle in the CEC for these boxes and it was seen that these were not filmed here. 1800 group votes were found in KAS. Hajdari should not have been a candidate for why he was convicted in Greece and did not declare it. Celibashi defended him and did not recognize the decision. I made several reports of abuses and electoral crimes of Hajdar and the oligarch Salillari. I bear responsibility for all the evidence I brought ," Maliqi said.
