Analyst Frrok Çupi commented on the latest developments on one of the most important justice issues. Çupi said that there are no charges against Balluk and that what is called an accusation is not corruption.
He further added that with this justice, one cannot enter the European Union.
"Our legislation, unfortunately, is not unified. The lack of unification has created cacophony and noise between paragraphs. Malicious prosecutors, malicious judges can enter and exit the legislation. Something that the Constitution prohibits is allowed by the Criminal Code and vice versa. It was done by dilettantes or for bad intentions, there is maximum ignorance.
If there are absurd actions, there is justice. We are in conditions where justice must be prepared to enter the EU. With this justice, we will not enter the EU. Without interference in justice, we will not become members of the EU.
The only thing that is violated in this country is the right of the individual. There is no indictment on the table for Balluk and what they call an indictment is not corruption. They have formulated a terrible indictment of the theory of justice: inequality in tenders. Equality and inequality are not notions of the judiciary. Equality is a social notion.
"The other scenario is the establishment of state authority. I stand by the human part that we live in the modern era of states. The strengthening of the state shapes the individual," Çupi said to "Abc News."
