The head of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi, received a few days ago a message through the 'Signal' application containing the names of two exponents of organized crime: Ervis Martinaj, who is missing, and Erigers Mihasi, who has passed away.
This development has caused numerous reactions in public opinion, raising questions about the motives and context of this message.
The criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço, has provided an overview of the ongoing investigations regarding these messages to Bardhi.
He emphasized that there are currently several investigations that are running in parallel, including an investigation by the State Police and another by Anti-Terror. According to him, these investigations include the analysis of IPs and the identification of the persons involved.
"There are several investigations that are going on in parallel. It is an investigation by the State Police, one of the Anti-Terrorists, where is the IP, where is the person and who is behind it. There is information, but they are on the operative path and to arrest specific persons. Meanwhile, SPAK has made available the best laboratory it has, with Albanian and Israeli experts, to get to the end of this work. I can tell you that this is in the wake of what is being pursued by the evil world to blackmail, relativize, silence these people who speak to these criminal systems that have involved many people when they come out as true. Karamuço said to "Euronews Albania", implying that the situation is complicated and that there is a wide involvement of individuals in these criminal activities.
