According to the reports of the KLP and KLJ for 2023, 13 prosecutors and one judge were threatened, and they took up defense.

In implementation of this legal obligation, Decision No. 564, dated 31.07.2019, "On the criteria and procedures for the special protection of the magistrate during the exercise of the function or because of it", of the Council of Ministers was approved.
