Journalist Artan Hoxha has commented on the appearance of the head of the Municipality of Tirana, Erion Veliaj in SPAK.
Hoxha said that even those who seem to be invulnerable or powerful were seen in Erion Veliaj, who appeared at the door of SPAK like all other citizens.
This, he said, should be normal and every official in this country should go not only to SPAK, but also to the Prosecutor's Office.
For journalist Hoxha, the presentation of the head of the Municipality of Tirana to SPAK should have happened at least two years ago to investigate the issues that this institution is investigating.
But journalist Hoxha, unlike what was said by Veliaj, thinks that the Mayor was summoned for testimony and did not appear voluntarily.
" Of course he was called. It didn't go willingly. The very fact that he went at 09:00 and they let him in at 10:00 because the summons has a fixed schedule. When the summons comes you can negotiate with the judicial police officers for a second moment. So they leave this opportunity despite Mr. Veliaj sold it as if he went of his own accord. They set deadlines because the file itself has deadlines and they leave open the date and time to be presented ," Hoxha told RTSH.
