Analyst Dritan Hila spoke about the decision of the Constitutional Court, which overturned the request of 30 opposition MPs for the immunity of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

He stated that the decision that was taken is not in favor of Berisha, while adding that it is time for SPAK to face the former prime minister.

"It was thought that the decision would be in favor of Berisha. The decision that was taken is not in favor of Berisha, now the battle for Berisha opens. With SPAK it is a battle that will not let us spend the new year comfortably. Even SPAK has to make a decision and face Berisha. He has the option of calling Berisha to interrogate him or to appeal once every two weeks. The Assembly has opened the door to SPAK, what SPAK will do remains to be seen", said Hila for "Open".
