The vice president of the Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi, has commented on the serious incident, where lawyer Sokol Mêngjesi was raped.
Deputy Luciano Boçi has emphasized that the violation of the lawyer has a political background, as according to him there is a discrepancy in the way it was acted.
"The event has a political background and political inspiration. There is an inconsistency in the way it was done. The director of the police outside of his institutional duty has tried to assume the function of the prosecutor by also determining the motives of the attack", said Boçi to Ora News.
Boçi also compared the case of the lawyer with the attack on Sali Berisha who was punched by Gerti Shella, while adding that a threat is not made with 4 people or with iron levers.
" I hope it will not be like in the case of Gerti Shella, when he hit Sali Berisha, where the police said that his motivation was that he had a grudge against the year 97. Every scenario has its own perfection, so that he looks like more natural. The point was won, where is the discrepancy? While it was earned it seems like a lack of motivation to hit the lawyer. A threat is not made with four people. It can't even be done with iron levers" , said Boçi.
