"In the last 4 years in Albania, the crimes committed at the beginning of the year have been increasing". This was stated by the journalist Anduena Llabani, in the show "360 Degrees" and clarified that the peak of criminality reaches the first days of the year. Earlier, according to her, the police were found unprepared, but there is now a plan of measures.
Llabani emphasizes that the police have started working on the prevention of criminal events, since the lists of areas with a red circle have been recorded. From the perspective of the journalist, the war between criminal groups is without codes!
Journalist Trashegim Sokolaj also spoke about the level of criminality at the end and beginning of the year, noting that crime increases in these periods, but also in the summer.
According to him, one of the reasons is the lack of trust in the police and Albanians still judge themselves. In addition to the assassinations for settlement of accounts between criminal groups, Sokolaj clarified that they have happened for banal reasons as well. He also remembered the murder a few months ago in Durrës for a parking space.
