Security expert Fatjon Softa spoke about the massacre in Cetinje, Montenegro, where Aco Martinovic killed 12 people on January 1, and finally himself, after being surrounded by the police.

" It is known that many Albanian criminal groups receive weapons and especially pistols, some of them, even explosives, come from Montenegro ", he emphasized in "ReporT TV".
Furthermore, the security expert said that the expansion of the massacre to this kind of size may have come as a result of the weak and untimely reaction of the police of Montenegro.
" This is a small town as far as I know, a generally quiet town, but a poor town with no prospects, so there is a kind of despair and a kind of stress among the citizens of this town.
