They are accused of corruption in some cases, as well as the exercise of illegal influence, as well as revealing the secret of the investigation.
According to the prosecution, the defendants, in cooperation with each other, sought and accepted bribes to influence the judges and prosecutors who investigated and judged the 3.4 million euro file that was blocked in the Port of Durrës, in order to favor the defendants.
