As in many countries of the world, also in Skenderbej Square in Tirana, citizens gathered and protested this Sunday in support of Palestine.
Dozens of citizens, with banners in their hands, have expressed support for the Palestinian people, who have been experiencing the war between Israel and Hamas for about a month.
During the rally, they called for an end to the war, an end to the massacres, genocide and ethnic cleansing that are being carried out against the Palestinian people in Gaza.
There were also clashes with the police during the protest, as the latter prevented the citizens from marching on Dëshmorët e Kombit Boulevard.
