Izmir Sakica and Samuel Troshani, two of the police suspects involved in the Dobraçi massacre, surrendered to the police yesterday.
Journalist Eni Ferhati was on "Noë me Erla Mëhillin" this Thursday where he said that they have not yet appeared in court, but the two young men have shown a strong alibi in previous testimonies that they were not in the Dobraç massacre with four victims.
"A group of specialists in crimes against life and the person in the Serious Crimes Directorate of the State Police went to Shkodra and until midnight they questioned the two young men about the Dobraç massacre. The two young men have definitely denied their involvement, and they even have a strong alibi that they are not involved in the incident of October 30 last year with four victims, as they have also provided the addresses where they were. On the other hand, the police immediately after the Dobraç massacre, declared these two individuals wanted," said Ferhati.
We recall that the assassination took place in the Dobrac area, on the Shkodër-Koplik road, on October 30.
Hamza Lici, brother of Ibrahim Lici, was executed on the spot, while Arlind Bushati, son of former DP mayoral candidate Xhemal Bushati, died a few hours later in a Shkodra hospital. Passerby Flutura Basha, who was riding a motorbike with her husband, Bashkim Basha, was also killed in the attack. Her husband died 3 days later in hospital.
