SPAK has completed the investigations and brought Nuredin Duman, one of the most talked about people of the world of crime, arrested last year during the "Golden Bullet" operation, and 19 other collaborators, to the GJKKO today for trial.
There are 27 criminal offenses for which the defendants are accused, one of them and an assassination that happened 5 years ago in Fier against the Boriçi brothers.
How did the event happen?
Around 11:00 a.m. on April 11, 2018, a moving vehicle fired a gun at Agim Boriçi's bar. The police went after the people who had fired a gun at the bar, but found the perpetrators' car burned in the neighborhood "15 Tetori". A Kalashnikov was also found inside the "Reno" type car. There were no injuries from the shooting, but only material damage.
Agim Boriçi himself, two days after the event, would seek clarification and cooperate with the police. He claimed that he had cooperated with the police to bring the truth to light.
"I am not protected by anyone. I think that what happened has nothing to do with me and my family. We are the Boriçte of Fier and we have nothing to do with the Boriçte of Lushnja, who have also linked him to the Lushnja gang. I am not a wanted person and I have no problems with justice. I am the father of three children and lead a normal life. I want justice to bring the truth to light. We cooperated with the police at every step. I was in the bar at the time of the incident and fortunately there were no students or teachers. There was no exchange of fire, only shots from outside. We are surprised with what we heard. The event was abused", declared Boriçi.
