The Court of Appeal gave former Prime Minister Sali Berisha the stamp of the DP today.
Journalist Denis Dyrnjaja, while commenting on the Appeal decision, said that this decision goes in favor of the Democrats and not Berisha.
He described this decision as a normal decision, since according to him Berisha has the majority, while he emphasized that Basha's group could be disbanded.
"The stamp goes for the Democrats, it's not for Berisha. It was normal for it to go in favor of the majority that has the base of the democrats represented by Reestablishment, it seems to me a logical decision, but it has political consequences in the context of what will be created within the Basha group. He will have a hard time, he may even lose that part of the deputies he has. The fact is that with this decision SP and DP will be two political forces in the country and I think that the news of the next elections will be the undoing of Basha's DP. Now it remains to be seen how the parties will react", he said in the TV report.
Dyrnjaja said that the decision can now be used politically by Berisha. With Berisha at the head of the party, he said that the democrats will not be able to move forward.
"I believe that beyond the excitement he will have, he will use this decision politically. But I won't serve Beris, returning the seal can serve all the rest. They are trapped within themselves, even in relation to the majority, they should be separated from Berisha", he said.
