Another security measure has been relaxed in the Anticorruption Court.
The journalist of Top Channel, Anila Hoxha, reports that following the request of Izmir Dahat, who was kept under house arrest, a compulsory appearance measure has been ordered.
The special court found the loss of the power of the measure of personal security "House arrest provided by article 237 of the Criminal Code assigned to the applicant Izmir Dahati by decision No. 499, dt. 23.08.2022 of the Shkodër Judicial District Court, due to the passing of the maximum duration of the terms of the security measure according to the provisions of articles 263/1 letter b) and 267/1 of the Criminal Code".
He was under investigation by Spak for drug cultivation.
Samet Dehati, 34 years old, and Izmir Dehati, 26 years old, were under investigation and were arrested after being wanted as an accomplice in the cultivation of cannabis in the village of Vallas in Shkodra. In their village, the cultivation of cannabis was discovered, where it was found and a quantity of 246 kilograms of narcotics was seized.
