Albanian criminals convicted in Great Britain are being sent to spend the remaining time of their sentences in their country where prisons have rooms for making love, according to an article by the British media "The Mirror".
According to the investigation of the British media, convicts transferred to Albanian prisons can enjoy the right to stay 4 hours a month in a special room with their partners, unlike in British prisons where conjugal visits are not allowed.
"Our discovery comes after about 200 convicts, including murderers and rapists, are set to be transferred to quiet prisons in Albania under an agreement with the Government of the United Kingdom", writes the British media.
According to the regulations in Albanian prisons: "Each prison must have a special environment for the meetings of spouses.
"Such an object should have beds and sheets that should be changed at the end of each meeting." The rules add: " Extended visits are allowed for the convict who is married or cohabiting under the Family Code after the woman has been checked by the police", writes the British media further.

Other benefits include weekly food and clothing packages from the family, personal cooking facilities and up to seven days' leave for good behaviour.
Among the repatriates is also a drug kingpin, who was transferred to a prison in the Albanian capital, Tirana, two weeks ago.
Erald Mema, 39, was sentenced to 25 years at Oxford Crown Court in October 2018 for a large haul of cocaine. He is among the many Albanian citizens who have been given the opportunity to be transferred to Albanian prisons.
About 12 murderers, eight rapists and more than 100 drug or firearms offenders are expected to return to serve the rest of their sentences.
