After the recent devastating passage of Hurricane Hari in Italy, a new warning came from meteorologists.
The Italian meteorological website meteoweb.eu reports on a new megacyclone, which will arrive in the region this weekend and is called Leoni II.
Italian meteorologists are issuing an SOS alert because this megacyclone is being implemented offshore and winds are blowing between Saturday night and Sunday, and is expected to bring bad weather across Italy.
On Monday, January 26, Leon II will move over southern Italy, pulled by the pressure gap left by the previous cyclone. There it will become even deeper, further intensifying the pressure.
According to Italian meteorologists, it will cross the Apennines and move towards Salento, where it will reach 995 millibars between Puglia, Albania and Greece.
Monday, January 26, will be the coldest day: the cyclone will have moved over the Ionian Sea and cold, polar, maritime air will gain ground throughout our neighboring country, maintaining its moderate characteristics.
It will be moderately cold, but not excessively so, Italian meteorologists predict.
